Pay: $25–$28/hour | Full-Time | 1st Shift We’re a fast-growing local landlord looking for an Entry-Level Apartment
Maintenance Technician to join our team and grow with us. No advanced experience required we’ll train the right person
on plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting, and general apartment turnovers. Complete basic repairs and maintenance
in rental units - Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants (painting, cleaning, minor repairs) - Assist with plumbing,
electrical, appliances, and general maintenance tasks - Help with seasonal maintenance and occasional emergency
