About the Role
Maintenance Support Specialist The Maintenance Support Specialist is responsible for answering calls and providing
customer service to our fleet of Independent Contractors and our terminals that have company owned assets when their
equipment is in need of repair. This is a call center position that is focused on providing quick resolution to
mechanical and maintenance issues of our fleet of trucks and trailers in order to ensure the safe operation of all
equipment owned and leased to Forward Air. Provide assistance for service of trucks and trailers in need of repair
Troubleshoot maintenance solutions to resolve equipment issues quickly & efficiently Act as a liaison between 3rd party
