Electronic Assemblers Needed With Training

About the Role

Electronic Assembler Perform complex assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies for aerospace and

defense systems. Interpret and follow detailed visual aids, engineering drawings, and written instructions to assemble,

modify, or rework units. Hand-load and solder PCB assemblies, including fine-pitch components, following IPC-J-STD and

IPC-D-610 standards. Identify and repair soldering anomalies, working with both lead and lead-free solder under a

microscope. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best

practices. Participate in offsite training to maintain industry certifications as required. Actively contribute ideas
