POSITION TITLE: Driver Supervisor (440) EEO CODE: 06 REPORTS TO: Nutrition Programs Assistant Director POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for direct, daily supervision of Meals-on-Wheels paid and volunteer delivery drivers,

including coverage of Meals-on-Wheels routes, interviewing, hiring, and evaluating drivers, monitoring driver

documentation to meet funder requirements, following-up client and driver problems and concerns, providing department

scheduled training sessions, meeting funder requirements through route evaluations and sanitation inspections, and

scheduling visitors and other agency staff to go on Meals-on-Wheels routes. Work requires an attention to detail,
