About the Role
911 Dispatcher The City of New Albany is accepting test scores for 911 Dispatchers. Complete the following steps to
become a 911 Dispatcher: # Take the Emergency Communications Exam with the National Testing Network and choose to submit
the scores to New Albany. # Complete the National Testing Network's personal history questionnaire. # Obtain a passing
score. Scores are pulled throughout the year and candidates who pass are contacted via the e-mail address they provided
to National Testing Network. # Candidates will be provided an application for employment with the City of New Albany and
a Personal History Questionnaire to complete. # Complete an initial interview with the Dispatch Manager. # A thorough
