Dispatcher

About the Role

Coordinate, schedule, and assign Kim-Tam drivers and third-party carriers based on customer requirements. * Create

freight bills and assign them to the appropriate trucks. * Send load information to drivers using the ISAAC ELD system

and follow up to ensure loads are executed according to customer standards. * Maintain clear and effective communication

with drivers and customers, addressing any concerns promptly. * Advise, coordinate, and arrange necessary permits in

partnership with the Compliance team. * Provide support to other Fleet Coordinators as needed and assist team members

with related activities. * High school diploma or equivalent. * 1-2+ years of dispatch experience in a trucking or
