About the Role

Dishwasher - Big Chill Beach Club Summary of Position: The Dishwasher at the Big Chill Beach Club is responsible for

washing & cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. This person will execute daily maintenance and deep

cleaning of facilities, focused on keeping the dishroom & equipment clean and organized. Load, run and unload dish

machine Stock all necessary cleaning products Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical

problems immediately Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle Wash and store all tableware

and kitchenware is in appropriate location Maintain all dish and food service equipment storage areas Maintain adequate
