About the Role
To assist in the cleanliness and efficiency of the front-of-the-house area in order to maintain a productive and
comfortable atmosphere in which to provide exceptional guest service. The bus person/dishwasher works under the Front of
the House's general direction. He/she is responsible for bussing tables, cleaning all restaurant areas, maintaining dish
room organization, washing and storing dishes, and assisting servers in their basic operations. Job Duties: Assist in
the removal of dirty dishes from tables during and after guests' meals. Assist in the cleaning of tables, chairs,
windows, floors, highchairs, boosters, booths, spice caddies, and pie racks. Keep dishwashing areas organized, including
