About the Role

Full-time | Steady work | Room to move up | Earn $17-$20 per hour during training, then transition to competitive

piece-rate pay. You'll start early, either meeting at the shop or heading directly to the jobsite. After loading

materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You'll install insulation in walls, ceilings,

attics, and crawlspaces. You'll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety

procedures and proper equipment in place. You'll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. If you show up

on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn, you'll feel supported and welcomed. Load and track
