About the Role

Milling Machine Operator The Milling Machine Operator role is responsible for operating and maintaining the milling

machine to shape and cut metal materials. Set up and operate the milling machine according to specifications of the

project. Read and interpret blueprints or design schematics to understand the project requirements. Select and install

the appropriate tools and equipment needed for the milling process. Adjust machine settings to control speed, material

feed, and path of the cut. Monitoring the machine while it's running to ensure its functioning properly and to prevent

errors or malfunctions. Strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions.
