Midwest Region fleet. Salary: Top 50% average $80,276 per year. CPM: Starting pay $.63 to $.66 cpm. Weekly Pay:
$1284–$1543. Avg miles: 1900–2200. Experience: One-year verifiable tractor trailer experience with a class A CDL.
