Carpenter Title: – Carpenter Department: Construction Reports To: Field Operations Supervisor Job Summary: The Carpenter

is responsible for performing apartment unit turns which may vary by complex and unit type . This role involves a wide

range of carpentry work that includes rough and finish carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting , floorin g, drywall

hanging, windows and HVAC systems. The carpenter will also assist with construction projects and ensure all company

properties are in good working order. Key Responsibilities: Property Maintenance: ~ Perform routine repair work and
