About the Role
As a CBRE Carpenter, you will perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair to various structures throughout
multiple commercial facilities. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs of
equipment and systems. Oversee the general operation, repair, and maintenance of the building's structure and grounds.
Perform commercial carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation/repair, door and hardware installation, and
general building repairs. Complete interior and exterior painting projects, including surface preparation, patching,
priming, and finishing to CBRE quality standards. Perform assigned repairs and emergency preventative maintenance.
