About the Role
Bus Driver Reports To: Supervisor of Transportation and School Principal FLSA Designation: Non-exempt Job Goal: To
safely transport students to and from school and other school related activities. Maintain a safe and clean environment,
manage and discipline students, monitor vehicle performance and report mechanical issues as needed. Minimum
Qualifications: Possess and maintain a valid Alabama bus driver certificate and CDL with a passenger and school bus
endorsement Possess and maintain a current Department of Transportation (DOT) physical as required by BCBOE policy
Possess and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record including no DUI convictions Provide successful drug screening
