Bus Driver
About the Role
School Bus Driver This position is not a route specialist, it is an assigned, regular bus route. 5.75 hours per school
day Monday-Friday 187 work days. Minimum pay $27.03/hour. Calendar and AM/PM driving schedule will be provided. Must
possess or be physically qualified and capable of passing certain training requirements in order to secure a valid
commercial driver license to drive a school bus. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively
with students, staff, parents and community members. Must be able to take care of own bus/van to insure safety and
welfare of passengers being transported. Preference given to candidates who can demonstrate an excellent driving record.
