Bus Driver

About the Role

School Bus Driver The Kirtland Board of Education has discretion, in its sole judgment, to place drivers on the salary

schedule in accordance with the driver's prior school bus driving experience. Hourly rate: $20.62 to $27.26 an hour A.M.

Route - minimum of two (2) hours P.M. Route - minimum of two (2) hours Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or

equivalent. A valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with a school bus endorsement and evidence of a good driving

record. Hold a school bus driver certificate signed by the Superintendent. Satisfactory completion of pre-employment

driver's training program, basic and advanced bus driver's education programs. Attainment of legal age as defined in the
