About the Role
Job Description A local management company is seeking a Building Superintendent/Skilled Maintenance Technician to
oversee a 65-unit complex. You will be covering for medical leave and work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.
Perform basic general maintenance duties as required, such as painting a hallway, cleaning the floors, etc. For higher
end maintenance issues, diagnose the problem and call contractor Monitor all contractors coming in for maintenance
repairs Must have previous Building Superintendent/Skilled Maintenance Technician experience Must have the ability to
perform basic maintenance duties Area Temps still believes that the best way to serve both our employees and our
