About the Role

Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in all assigned areas including lobbies, hallways, offices, restrooms, and

outdoor spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors; dust surfaces and clean windows. Set up and break down rooms or

spaces for meetings, events, or special functions as needed. Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and deliveries

throughout the facility. Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, reporting leaks, or other

facility issues to management. Support team members and other departments with facility-related needs Perform cleaning
