Description Position Summary Reporting to the Beverage Supervisor, the Bar Porter performs the service of replenishing

stock and all required cleaning required behind the bar. Checks and maintains the required bar stock on assigned

station; obtains replacement stock from the warehouse inventory in accordance with established procedures; maintains

cleanliness and order on assigned station; assists bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by

retrieving guests special requests, and during busy times icing drink glasses and pouring non-alcoholic drinks. Perform
