Aircraft Mechanic Leader

About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to lead three or more workers to accomplish trades and/or labor work on a

substantially full time and continuing basis. Leader is responsible to both perform the work assigned by a supervisor

and ensures that subordinates completed assigned work consistent with trades and labor standards. Help - Performs

nonsupervisory trades and/or labor work that is usually of the same kind and level as members of the work crew led. -

Performs inspections and troubleshooting on a variety of major aircraft systems, their assemblies, and components.

Accomplishes operational and maintenance record keeping, both manual and automated, associated with aircraft maintenance
