About the Role

Welder/Metal Fabricator LF Studios specializes in the design and fabrication of animatronic figures, sculpted elements,

exhibits and interactive experiences. Our work can be found internationally in leading theme parks, museums, science

centers, and branded spaces. The welder/metal fabricator is responsible for the building of mechanical and structural

elements used in animatronics and metal structures. Team members are expected to follow designs, incorporate best

practices and meet quality standards. Fabricate metal armatures and mechanical assemblies by using MIG, TIG, and

fasteners. Prep, position, align, fit and weld materials. Assemble off-the-shelf parts as designed (e.g. bearings,
