About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION Primary Responsibilities: Develop and follow maintenance procedures to ensure consistent equipment

performance. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues. Check electrical,

hydraulic, and mechanical systems to ensure functionality. Support repair, maintenance, and installation activities

while following all safety policies. Job Duties: Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on all building systems

and equipment. Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Monitor

equipment inventory and notify supervisor when orders are needed. Maintain detailed maintenance logs and daily activity
