About the Role

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Position Type: Direct Hire Position Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm with some flexibility (On call when not

working) Position Salary: $25.00-$40.00/hour (Depending on Experience) Position Location: Cleveland, OH Position Summary

This role is responsible for building maintenance, warehouse equipment upkeep, grounds support, and general facility

repairs. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and capable of troubleshooting and resolving

maintenance issues in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Facilities Manager (or designated

supervisor) and plays a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities. Building & Facility
